Fresh intelligence confirms that armed terrorists have stormed Damasak Abadan in
Borno State, North-Eastern Nigeria. Gunshots have intensified with
indiscriminate shooting underway and burning of landmark structures as the
terrorists attempt to take over the area. The casualty figure cannot be
determined at this time as gunfire is currently ongoing. We advise all personnel
within and around this area to exercise extreme caution. We hope for the best
and will keep you updated.
