Incoming reports confirm that an explosion occured in the city of Kaduna, Kaduna State, North-Western Nigeria. The explosion took place near Murtala Square along Isa Kaita Road. Preliminary observations indicate that a popular Islamic clergy was concluding this year's Ramadan Tafsir at the square.
Armed security forces
are on the alert.
